Megan Thee Stallion is a mutant.

December 2022 a Los Angeles jury convicted Tory Lanez of three felony counts after shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2020. The high profile court case brought out a cancerous misogynoir on twitter and amongst the hip hop community with a majority of the public’s opinion routinely slanted in favor of Lanez, resulting in several outlets claiming he wasn’t guilty.  Megan won three Grammys for the tik tok bop Savage Remix featuring Beyonce, gave us “WAP”, landed brand deals with Nike, Netflix, Cashapp, and more. You couldn’t turn on the tv, scroll on social media, or walk your dog without seeing or hearing from the H-Town Hottie.  

To think about where I first was introduced to her on Twitter in 2017. I was hooked from the from the first bar.
